At Siena Gardens, Natasha and her dynamic activities team redefine the meaning of joy and engagement for our residents. Their creativity knows no bounds as they ensure everyone feels included, from men learning to paint fingernails to overcoming accessibility challenges. Dressing up, throwing parties, playing games, organizing outings, preparing food—Natasha and her team do it all.



Meet Natasha Vaske, who transitioned from an Activities Assistant to Director over the past five years at Siena Gardens. As the Activity Director, Natasha leads the resident council to tailor activities to the preferences of our diverse community. With three years in this position, Natasha and her team always go the extra mile whether it's during an activity or transforming the facility with festive decorations for every holiday and season. A special shoutout to Natasha's activity assistants, Mason, Kamron, and Cole, whose youthful energy enriches the Activities Department!
