Employee Spotlight: Amy Jarman

In this nurse spotlight, we celebrate the exceptional journey of Amy Jarman, an outstanding nurse at Siena Gardens. Amy has been a dedicated LPN with us since 2020. She epitomizes the spirit of continuous learning and dedication, having taken advantage of our tuition reimbursement program to further her education. Amy returned to school and successfully completed her RN program at Southern State Community College, graduating in June.



Balancing work and studies, Amy worked the night shift at Siena while attending school and often picked up additional shifts, showcasing her incredible dedication and resilience. Her hard work paid off as she passed her NCLEX exam with flying colors. We are immensely proud of her achievements!

Our Director of Nursing remarked, "Amy continues to show up and shine. She has been a remarkable asset on our skilled unit and is a driving force for positive change. She is truly a blessing to the healthcare field." Residents have also expressed their gratitude, with one saying, "She is always kind and goes above and beyond to ensure I receive the best care possible."

Each day brings new and unpredictable challenges in nursing, and Amy rises to meet them with grace and skill. Nurses like Amy provide quality care, empathy, and humor without a prescription, and we are incredibly thankful to have her as an integral part of the Siena Gardens family.
