Melanie's Therapy Success Story

At Siena Gardens, our therapy department is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to each resident, tailoring our approach to meet their specific needs. With compassion and expertise, our team strives to ensure a smooth transition from skilled nursing back to home.



One of our recent success stories is Melanie, who was admitted with an ankle fracture and was non-weight bearing, unable to care for herself. Her primary goal was to regain her independence and return home. Thanks to her determination and the support of our Broad River Rehab Physical and Occupational Therapy team, Melanie progressed beautifully. She became weight-bearing and was soon walking again, ready to return to her everyday activities.

Reflecting on her experience, Melanie shared, "I have enjoyed working with therapy during my stay at Siena Gardens. I like the people that work here. The activities have also been a lot of fun. I would recommend people to come here to get better."
