Siena Gardens is thrilled to recognize Arabella “Bella” Raisor, one of our shining stars in the Activities Department, as our Employee of the Month for April! For the past two years, Bella has been a joyful and devoted part of our team, bringing laughter, kindness, and so much heart to everything she does.

Every day, Bella works hard to bring smiles to our residents' faces—whether it’s through a fun activity, a listening ear, or just her contagious laughter in the hallways. One resident shared,
“She works very hard day in and day out and has the best laugh! It’s a joy seeing her in the halls.” Her positive energy truly makes Siena feel like home.
Her supervisor, Activities Director Natasha, had this to say,
“She has a great, happy, and bubbly personality. She is excellent with the residents, and they love her.”
When asked what she loves most about working at Siena, Bella said,
“Just being able to be around the residents and making them happy whenever they are upset and need someone to talk to.” It’s clear that Bella’s heart is in her work, and we are all better for it.
A little more about Bella: She’s a proud dog mom of two, loves reading and doing nails for family and friends, and her favorite color is—you guessed it—pink! She’s a big fan of Harry Styles and Sabrina Carpenter and dreams of seeing Harry in concert one day. Bella graduated from Western Brown High School and counts getting her own car and place before the age of 20 as one of her proudest accomplishments!
