February Employee of the Month

At Siena Gardens, we are proud to recognize Sandy Tumbleson as our Employee of the Month for February!

Sandy is a vital part of our laundry department, ensuring everything is pristine and organized—she can literally find a needle in a haystack! But beyond her hard work, Sandy is known for her kind heart, warm smile, and deep love for our residents. She is cherished not only by her coworkers but also by the residents, who light up whenever she’s around.



Her colleagues had nothing but praise for her. Sara shared, "She is one of my favorite people. I love her hugs, our talks, and her willingness to always help me with anything." Tina added, "She goes above and beyond and treats each resident like family."

A little about Sandy—she is a proud mother of three children (Nikki, Greg, and David), a grandmother to ten, and a great-grandmother to two! She adores her two dogs, Weezy and Nina, and when she’s not at work, you’ll find her gardening, crafting, or reading. Her greatest accomplishment? Raising her children and two of her grandchildren—being a mom was always her biggest dream!

Sandy says her favorite thing about Siena Gardens is the people she works with, saying, "I couldn’t ask for a better group of coworkers." We are so grateful for all that she does and the warmth she brings to our community. Congratulations, Sandy!
