Therapy Success Story: Sally’s Story of Healing and Hope

At Siena Gardens, we love celebrating the incredible milestones our rehabilitation residents achieve — and Sally’s story is one that truly inspires us all!

Sally came to us after suffering a serious fall at home that left her with fractures in both ankles. Unable to bear any weight on her legs, she required extensive help just to get out of bed and into a wheelchair. But from day one, Sally stayed focused and determined. With the support and guidance of our dedicated therapy team, she gradually progressed from immobility to standing, then walking with full weight-bearing, eventually trading her surgical boots for shoes and using her walker once again.



Thanks to her hard work and the encouragement of our rehab staff, Sally met all of her personal goals and was able to return home with her family — fully independent, just as she was before her fall. We are beyond proud of Sally’s recovery and were thrilled to celebrate her success! She shared, “Everyone is helpful and nice; the rooms are clean. If I needed anything, someone would help me.
