January Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Eli Jowers, Siena Gardens' January Employee of the Month! Eli's outstanding work ethic, contagious personality, and dedication to his role as an STNA have made him an invaluable member of our team. Always smiling and bringing positivity wherever he goes, Eli has earned the admiration of both residents and staff alike.



Eli has been part of the Siena Gardens family since February 2024 and has been an STNA for just over a year. A graduate of New Richmond High School, Eli continued his education at Cincinnati State Community College. When asked about his favorite part of working at Siena Gardens, Eli said, “It’s the people I work with and the residents I care for every day.”

Sherri, our Director of Nursing, shared, “Eli works hard every day, and it shows. The residents adore him.” Ameara, our Assistant Director of Nursing, added, “He brings joy and laughter to all his residents. Eli is compassionate and caring, and his presence lights up the facility.”

Outside of work, Eli enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Opal and Sadie, as well as going to church, hanging out with friends, gardening, and indulging in his favorite shows like Gilmore Girls and Quiz Lady. His most cherished accomplishment so far has been attending college, and his adventurous spirit has him dreaming of skydiving someday—or maybe even winning the lottery!

Eli’s secret talent? Making people smile! It’s a gift that shines through in everything he does, and we’re so lucky to have him as part of the Siena Gardens family.
