December Employee of the Month

Siena Gardens is happy to recognize Amy Jarman, LPN, as our December Employee of the Month!

Amy has been an LPN at our facility for three years. She graduated from Southern State Community College in December 2019 and is currently continuing her education to obtain her RN. Amy is a great worker and loves her job because of her wonderful co-workers and her relationships with residents and their families. One co-worker shared, “She is a dedicated worker, keeps you on your toes and makes work fun.” A resident said, “She makes me laugh, especially when I don’t feel well. She always takes care of my needs and gets the job done. I love her.”



Amy grew up in Felicity, Ohio, and graduated from Felicity High School in 2017. She grew up on a farm and was involved in 4-H. At a very young age, she was always taking care of animals and working hard. Her grandmother lived next door, and Amy was highly involved in her care as well. She considers helping her grandmother as one of the biggest reasons she chose to become an LPN.

In her off time, Amy loves to hike, kayak and paddle board with her two dogs. She is an avid traveler and has been to many places! A fun fact about Amy is that she is a huge Cincinnati Bengals fan!

We are so lucky to have Amy as part of our family here at Siena Gardens. Thank you for your hard work! Keep it up!
