June Employee of the Month

At Siena Gardens, we realize that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are delighted to honor these employees' dedicated service and commitment to our organization. It is our employees who uphold our principles, demonstrate our vision of working for a better future, deliver on our customer promise and make us the dynamic organization we are today.

With great joy, we'd like to introduce our June Employee of the Month, Mason Williams! He started his career with us in 2020 as a Dietary Aide and eventually moved to an Activities Aide in 2021. Mason grew up in Ripley, Ohio, and graduated in 2020 from Ripley High school. He enjoys spending time with his dog, playing basketball and hanging out with his friends.

Mason shared, "My favorite part about working at Siena Gardens is knowing that I have the opportunity to spend time with residents and their family members. I want to be able to communicate joy and excitement to each resident. I love seeing the smiles on their faces. Getting to express value and worth to other people is an exciting part of working here and I am eager to continue building relationships with the residents and their family members."
