June Employee of the Month

Congratulations to our June Employee of the Month, Natasha Vaske! Natasha has been our wonderful Activity Director at Siena Gardens since May 2021. Get to know more about her journey with us!

"I have been working at Siena Gardens since August 2020. I started as an Activity Aide, which I loved, and then moved to Receptionist/Transportable Scheduler. As an Activity Aide, I was able to spend a lot of time with the residents and do fun things with them. I kept them company when they were feeling down or when they just needed someone to be with them. As the Receptionist/Transport Scheduler, I was able to meet and get to know each resident's family and hear stories about them.



I grew up in Fayetteville and now live in Hamersville with my husband and children. I have been married for 15 years and have three beautiful children and five dogs; Nala, Willow, Jazzy, Zora and Maggie. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2016 with a Medical Assistant certificate. I worked as a Medical Assistant for four years before I started working at Siena Gardens.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the casino, traveling to the beach in Florida and spending time with my family. My favorite part about working at Siena Gardens is putting a smile on the residents' faces and making them feel like they have another family they can trust and love at the facility. Just to see them smile and laugh when we are doing something silly makes my day. I like to make each and every resident feel special. I hope to meet new residents and families and get to know more about them."
