November Employee of the Month

Siena Gardens would like to introduce our November Employee of the Month, Jackie Ross, STNA!

Jackie has worked at Siena Gardens since February 2022 but has been an STNA since 1981, and no one does it better than Jackie! She has so many traits that make her a great caregiver. She helps wherever needed, picks up shifts weekly and provides her residents with the best care possible. Staff members and residents alike have complimented Jackie on her care. Staff members shared, “She is the hardest worker in the room.” When residents were asked who they thought deserved the award, it was clear that they love Jackie and how she cares for them.

When asked what she loves most about her job, she responded in true Jackie fashion, "I love knowing that they are taken care of and all the stories we share together. It’s like going through a history book. It is stories I will never forget."

Jackie grew up in Manchester, Ohio. She is married to her husband of 41 years, Eddie. They have three daughters, one boy, 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In her spare time, she loves to quilt, cook and take care of her two dogs.
